The holidays started for us on the 23rd with the Beahm side of the family...traditional Christmas Eve chili and board games!
Great shot of the cousins in front of the tree! Amazing that they are all being still at the same time.
The girls woke up before their aunts and uncles...so we did stockings for the three of them bright and early.
Uncle Dan and Geneva on Christmas morning.
Wendy showing off two of her gifts...a princess costume and an mp3 player!
A pile of cousins sitting on their aunt Annie on Christmas morning at our little house in Greensboro!
Our biggest Christmas surprise...SNOW!
Geneva couldn't stand to be outside and not get down in the snow. But her little legs weren't strong enough to walk with her snowsuit on. So this was Daddy's solution!
Vera snuggling some of her gifts...

And Sweet Geneva on her gift from Grandma Swem...a snuggly new blankie...along with some new little friends from her great-aunt!
Our first day in Michigan we were able to spend time with Alex's cousin Michael and his family...the girls instantly made a best friend with his youngest daughter, Meagan. They stayed up until nearly midnight playing together our first night in town.
More Michigan photos in the next post!
