Kindergarten Thanksgiving Program

This is definitely a post for the grandparents! I am embedding a youtube video here that is 8 minutes long...yes 8 minutes of Wendy Jane and her fellow Kindergarteners at Caldwell Academy singing, reciting, and being really cute in their costumes and paper turkey hats! Feel no pressure from me to watch the whole video. I understand.

But for those who decide to watch, I must say that Wendy Jane did a fabulous job reciting her lines and memorizing all the hand motions. Afterwards she gave me the run-down on which words she forgot to which songs and explained how careful she was to remember to do the hand motions properly and gracefully.

Vera sat still for the entire 25 minute program...amazing! I was so proud of her. She was as quiet as a little mouse on her Mimi's lap! Geneva was fascinated by the music and even clapped along a few times (also in the video).
